Because I'm sure you haven't time to keep up with the home town news, I just had to let you know what the news is from Bimboland: Representative Michele Bachman has come out PRO-CHOICE for light bulbs. She would like to repeal the nation-wide phase out of incandescent light bulbs v. embracing the eco-friendly fluorescent lights as they will call mercury poisoning. I hope if that's true, she sits next to as many fluorescent bulbs as possible. Karen, girl we have our work cut out for us when you get home. This is mean't to cause a smile from you two gals not to get your dander up so far from home. Enjoy the Apple. Suzanne
Suzanne, Ms. Bachman has found her cause. It's an oddly stated one (ok, she's a Republican) but we can only hope her work helps create a better light bulb. One that makes light, for instance, is energy efficient, afffordable, and doesn't pollute in its disposal.
